The session will be a sprints and conditioning session all sessions comprise of sprint technique drills,circuit training,a variety of fun resistance training including parachute and sled sprints and track based sprint sessions.
Every Saturday at 11:30
For juniors aged between 8 and 12. Classes will comprise of sprint tech drills, mini circuit training to improve core stability, speed and agility games, resistance sprints and plyometric work to develop power.
